God described what He created as very good.

Genesis 1:31
And God looked upon all that He had made, and indeed, it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning— the sixth day.

I do not believe that our Lord created mosquitoes or mushrooms that are poisonous. Rather instead, Satan twisted God's wonderful creation into something that we see now.

Let us look at the previous bible verse:

Genesis 1:30
And to every beast of the earth and every bird of the air and every creature that crawls upon the earth—everything that has the breath of life in it—I have given every green plant for food.” And it was so.

That means in the beginning animals were not carnivorous. People did not live in fear of hungry lions or tigers as the big cats ate grass.

This amazing world that God has created for us is so awesome. Still, there are some people tearing down what He built up. God says:

Rev 11:18
And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou should give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and should destroy them which destroy the earth.

Please understand that it is Satan that is ruling now. However, when God comes... He will destroy those who are destroying the planet we live on.

I do believe that God will restore the earth to what it once was. The hot dry deserts will be no more. Instead, we will have a beautiful planet again.

2 Peter 3:14
But in keeping with God’s promise, we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.
