Scientists say that over 90% of the information going into the human brain comes in through our eyes. Certainly, we do rely on our visual sense.  Humans are visual creatures and very little information is though our other senses. For example, we do not rely a lot on using our nose. In fact, a person with no sense of smell could operate fine in our fast paced data heavy universe. However, being blind is terrible as you cannot drive a car. It makes getting a job a lot harder for us. Christ said:

Luke 6:39
He also told them a parable: “Can a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a pit?

Actually, this parable may seem innocuous. However, we need to understand some more. Those that are blind cannot guide you. It is those that see... that can guide us.

Christ tell us these things so that we can understand his purpose. Remember that light is better than darkness, because we stumble when we cannot see.

Let God guide us to all truth so that we can be together in His heavenly kingdom as one.

God says:

Our Lord Jesus Christ tells us to be pure. Fill yourself with light not darkness.

Do understand that God wants only the best for us. He wants us to be part of the light and not of the darkness. For example, yesterday I saw huge crowds of kids trick or treating asking for candy and other snacks made from sugar. A lot of kids dress up as witches and demons. This brings sadness to God's heart as he want us to be full of light not darkness.

Pray that we may soon be in Paradise where Jesus Christ in King and reigns.
