Economic Crisis

God never lies to us.

Numbers 23:19
God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?

 Politicians claim things are getting better, but that it not what we see. I believe that currently, we are in an economic crisis. Look at all the empty malls we see. Also, there are many empty warehouses, factories, and shops all over. Jobs are going over seas. Economists says that everything is fine and we are in a recovery.

Fellows, that is not what we see. Instead, things keep on getting worse. There are more stores boarded up - every year.

I remember there was once a mall near me. There use to be a lot of activity years ago. Well, the large parking lot is now full of many empty spaces. Oh yes, there use to be a lot of nice stores that are now gone. For example, there use to be a block buster video store, a borders book store, a radio shack, and a sears.

Technology

Technology is being blamed for our economic crisis. Researchers claim that the culprit is the internet based stores - especially amazon. However, that is not what we see. After all, over 90% of total consumer sales are through retail stores. Only a small portion is over the internet wire.

Do not blame technology for what is currently going on. Instead, do focus on what you see.

For example, we notice a lot of restaurants have gone away. Well, people still eat and the internet is not responsible for what we see occur.

God wants us to be more aware. He wants us to wake up.
