Help

God wants us to help other persons. He asks us to do so.

Matthew 5:42
Give to the one who asks you and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

Often, we do not like to loan money. This is because we fear that we might not see it ever again. Hey, I do understand that feeling, but God wants us to help people who really need us. Mostly, we know who the sponges are.

Romans 12:13
Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.

It is important that we help others as the Lord will judge us on our deeds and what we did when we were here on Earth and under His view.

James 1:27
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

Do remember that Jesus came to earth to serve. He did not come to be served even though he is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords who will return soon.

Proverbs 29:7
The righteous care about justice for the poor, but the wicked have no such concerns.

Wolves are evil, but the do look out for their pack and care about others. Sadly, evil people are like venomous snakes and care only about themselves it seems.

Isaiah 1:17
Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the fatherless and their cause. Plead the widow's case.

If we help the helpless, I do believe that our Father, God will help us.

Love

Christ did give a new commandment to us. Here it is.

John 13:34-35
A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.

Do notice that He wants us to love others and help them as He helps us.

Proverbs 14:21
It is a sin to despise one’s neighbor, but blessed is the one who is kind to the needy.

Jesus wants us to do good deeds as those glorify our Father in heaven who loves us.

Matthew 5:16
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

This last verse is a warning.

1 John 3:17
If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?

God wants us to be better persons. It is not easy. However, we should start by showing our love to those around us.

I believe that God will take us to a better place in the rapture as things on this earth will get really bad in the last days as we enter into a new DARK age.
