War

I ask all of you to pray to God for the poor people in Ukraine who are suffering now. This is a terrible crisis. Most of us realize that things are getting even worse.

However, we can indeed wonder about what the future will bring us.

God says:

Matthew 6:19-21
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Remember the Parable of the Ten Virgins.

If there is anything this war has brought home it is how tenuous our life is. People in Ukraine have had their homes destroyed and lives disrupted in many ways. Truly we would like to be with God in paradise where peace reigns.

Crisis

Pat Robertson says that God is using Putin to fulfill bible prophecy, but that is not our case. Well, it does seem that this new year, does have a new crisis.

Just as we are starting to recover... from the  omicron corona virus wave, then a new crisis emerges.

I urge people to do remote work and try to limit going to offices in packed cities as those areas are more dangerous now. Also, we need to become preppers. The world situation is unstable and is likely to remain so.

Stockpiling food and fuel is a good idea as those items might become scarce. Working remote will give you more flexibility in the days to come.
