Median Age

OK, so we see that the median age across our globe is going up. Perhaps, that is not a problem now, but we feel it is a harbinger of things to come. Most people seem to have opted not to have any children.

God says:

Isaiah 13:12
I will make people scarcer than pure gold, more rare than the gold of Ophir.

Hey, instead of a population explosion, we will see a reverse. Well, a lot of people might ask how this can be so. First, we have a reduction in the number of babies being born due to young people postponing marriage. Then, on the other hand, we have epidemics sweeping across our globe such as the corona virus.

Fact is, it will not be long until our numbers start to go down and humans will indeed become very scarce.

Basically, as the number of people goes down even more, expect world governments to increase taxes on the few who remain. Oh yes, states will see their coffers dry up.

Also, we will probably see a dramatic reduction in old age pensions. I am already seeing that there is a basic lack of road repair. Don't think that things will return to normal any time soon. Hey, it will be interesting to see what future generations will talk about. God gives us a clue.

2 Peter 3:3-4
Most importantly, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. “Where is the promise of His coming?” they will ask. “Ever since our fathers fell asleep, everything continues as it has from the beginning of creatio
n.”

 - Population -

Please understand that most people live in cities and that we face a growing threat of epidemics that spread inside our cities like a wildfire in a hot dry season.

Most people were on farms years ago. They did not need the city for a job as most work was agrarian.

However, that is no longer our case. Jobs in the countryside are rare. Most of our food is produced by giant corporations that require few people to keep things going.

Good high paying jobs were sent over seas many years ago. Adjusted for inflation, people are making less money now. There has been an increase in production due to automation and robotics, but a decrease in workers wages. Basically, this is why we see fewer marriages. The middle class is barely hanging on.

Those lucky enough to be married and have a good high paying job, live in tiny apartments in big cities and the rent is always going up. Job security for them is near zero. OK, so as a consequence, they have few children or none.

I have seen qualified school teachers get fired and do believe a lot of public schools will close soon. Birth rates are a lot lower now than they once were.

Notice all the empty playgrounds that you see. This was once so rare. Well, it has become quite common.
